Community Outreach

Hi, I’m April Mancini, Community Outreach Director for WCEMS!
We’re so excited to launch our Community Paramedicine Program, which connects patients with resources beyond the 911 system—helping prevent unnecessary hospital visits and improving quality of life through in-home care, health education, and ongoing support.

Our Community Outreach team is also active in building relationships and promoting health and safety through events, education, and public engagement. If you’d like WCEMS to attend or support your upcoming event, feel free to reach out to me at april.mancini@wallercountyems.com.

We’re also proud to support our incredible team with our Peer-to-Peer Support Program, focused on mental health and well-being for all WCEMS staff.
